1. Rental company
Your rental is supplied by Go Drivaro S.L., NIF/CIF B-93900030, trading as Drivaro. Registered address: Partida Bacorero 7, 03520 Polop, Alicante, Spain; not a visitor address. Contact: hola@godrivaro.es or drivarorental@gmail.com, +34 669 967 133. Complaints and problems: preguntar@godrivaro.es.
2. Booking and agreement
Your confirmation and rental agreement identify the vehicle or category, dates, pickup and return arrangements, package and price. The rental is paid online during reservation using a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Any additional cost must be disclosed before acceptance. The credit-card deposit reservation is separate from the rental payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Drivers
Car drivers must be at least 21 and have held a valid driving licence for at least two years. Drivers aged 21–24 pay a €9 daily surcharge. If you are younger, contact us before booking; an exception is not guaranteed. Camper drivers must be at least 25 and have held a licence for at least five years. All drivers must be authorised in the agreement and present valid identity and driving documents.
4. Packages, deposit and excess
Good to Go includes third-party liability and limited comprehensive cover, including theft and glass damage, with a €1,000 excess and a €1,000 credit-card deposit reservation. Drivaro releases the car deposit reservation on the return day, after assessing any amounts properly due; your bank may take longer to display the release. All-In has no damage excess or vehicle security deposit and includes key-loss cover. Keyless includes the All-In benefits, subject to availability, with a €150 fuel deposit. Cover does not mean every loss is insured; the applicable policy and disclosed exclusions govern covered events. Detailed policy wording will be added when available.
5. Additional drivers
An additional authorised driver costs €2 per day or €39 per month with Good to Go. One additional driver is included free with All-In and Keyless. All drivers must meet the relevant eligibility requirements.
6. Fuel and mileage
Cars use a same-to-same fuel policy: return the recorded pickup fuel level. Missing fuel is charged; a shortfall of more than 20 percentage points of tank capacity also incurs a €17.50 handling fee. Cars include unlimited kilometres. Campers include 1,000 kilometres per week; additional kilometres cost €0.29 each.
7. Collection and return
Collect and return at the agreed place and time. Alicante Airport pickup can take place at Arrival Kiss & Ride, the quickest option, or through a shuttle to an external location, which takes approximately 20 minutes longer. Contact us promptly if your flight is delayed or your return plans change. Keyless collection is subject to availability and the agreed instructions.
8. Cancellation
Good to Go can be cancelled free of charge up to seven days before pickup. Cancellation within seven days before pickup costs 50% of the rental price. All-In and Keyless retain their advertised free cancellation before pickup. Contact Drivaro to cancel or change a booking. No-show and early-return arrangements must be stated in the booking agreement; no unspecified fee is created by this clause.
9. Use, smoking and pets
Taking the vehicle outside Spain is not permitted. Only authorised drivers may drive. Illegal use, driving under the influence and misuse are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed on standard rentals; for long-term rentals they may be accepted with a €150 cleaning charge. Arrange this before pickup.
10. Cleaning, fines and damage
An excessively dirty vehicle incurs a €150 cleaning charge, which may be deducted from an applicable deposit. Traffic fines incur a €45 administration charge in addition to the fine. Applicable charges and supporting records will be explained. Report accidents, theft, damage and breakdowns promptly to Drivaro; obtain assistance and notify authorities where needed. Do not arrange repairs without approval except where immediate action is legally or safely necessary.
11. Camper terms
Campers have a €1,500 deposit and €1,500 excess, include 1,000 kilometres per week and cost €0.29 per additional kilometre. Final cleaning costs €75. The advertised monthly camper rate starts at €1,999; the €199 monthly car rate does not apply to campers. The agreed camper price, period and cover are specified in the rental agreement.
12. Privacy, complaints and applicable law
